Children's prices
In the room with parents and an extra bed, children up to 3 years pay a fee of € 20.00 per day.
Children from 3 to 6 years € 40.00, children from 6 to 12 years € 60.00 per day, and children from 12 to 16 years € 75.00.
Highchairs are available for our little guests.
Dogs
Small dogs are welcome upon request. A fee of € 25.00 per day will be charged for cleaning costs.
Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room, at the pool, or in the beauty area.
Payments
We accept cash, debit cards, and/or credit cards (VISA, Mastercard).
We do not accept cheques or American Express!
Discounts
For stays longer than 5 nights, we offer a 5 % discount on the daily rate for full-paying guests (not combinable with packages or special offers).
DUS
For the single use of a double room, a surcharge of € 50.00 per day will be applied.
Check-in
Rooms are available from 3:00 pm. If you arrive after 7:00 pm, please notify us by phone.
Check-out
On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 11:00 am.
Late check-out
A longer stay in the room on the day of departure is possible depending on availability and with a surcharge of € 100.00.
Tourist tax
In addition to the accommodation price, the Province of Bolzano charges a tourist tax of € 3.40 for 2025 (children under 14 years are exempt).
