- Deduction for the room with breakfast: 20,00 € per person/per day
- All our rooms are equipped with bath/shower/Wc, hairdryer, bathrobe, SAT-TV, radio, telephone, minibar, safe and backpack Belvita.
- Reduction of -30% for the third person in double room
- Kids special: Period 8.04. - 16.04.2011, 04.06. - 5.08.2011, 15.10. - 03.11.2011: 1 child under 12 years stays free of charge in parents room , Other periods: daily rate for children until 6 years Euro 30,00 €, until 12 years Euro 55,00 €, until 16 years 70,00 €.
- Baby phone, baby’s changing table and high chair are to your disposal
- Small pets on request, 15,00 € daily cleaning fee. Dogs are not allowed to enter in the dining room, swimming pool area and beauty and wellness department.

- For a stay of 7 days and more you get a reduction of 5% on the daily rates of full payers (exclusive packages and special offers)
- No arrivals and departures on Easter Sunday (24.04.2011)
- Double room single use 50,00 € per day
- Check-in time 2 p.m., please communicate if arrival is later than 6 p.m.
- Check out time until 11 a.m.
- Late check out: on request, surcharge of 50,00 € per room
- For early departure we calculate a fee of 3 days stay
Cancellations
Cancellations are a discomfort for everybody. It is a pity if rooms remain free though others would have been interested in a stay. All cancellations effectuated until 2 weeks before arrival are free of charge (deposits, paid before arrival will not be refunded). The following cancellation fees are applied: until 1 week before arrival 50% of the total amount, until 3 days before arrival 70%, until 1 day before arrival 90%, no show 100%.
