General terms and conditions
- Full-board surcharge: 20,00 €
- Deduction for the room with breakfast: 16,00 €
- All our rooms are equipped with bath/shower/Wc, hairdryer, bathrobe, SAT-TV, radio, telephone, minibar, safe and backpack Belvita.
- Reduction of 15% for the third person in double room
- Kids: Season A+D: for 1 child under 12 years in the room of the parents 100% reduction, Season B+C: daily rate for children until 6 years 30,00 €, until 12 years 55,00 € per day.
- Cribs: 13,00 € (without meals), baby phone, baby’s changing table and high chair are to your disposal
- Small pets on request, 15,00 € daily cleaning fee. Dogs are not allowed to enter in the dining room, swimming pool area and beauty and wellness department.
- Payment: Cash, Traveller check (+ administrative charge), Travelmoney, EC card, accepted credit cards: VISA, Mastercard. If you pay cash you will get a reduction of 2% for the whole amount of your bill. Please communicate us your method of payment upon arrival.
- For a stay of 7 days and more you get a reduction of 5% on the daily rates of full payers (exclusive packages and special offers)

- No arrivals and departures on Easter Sunday 23th March
- Check-in time 2 p.m., please communicate if arrival is later than 6 p.m.
- Check out time until 11 a.m.
- For early departure we calculate a fee of 3 days stay
Cancellations
Cancellations are a discomfort for everybody. It is a pity if rooms remain free though others would have been interested in a stay. All cancellations effectuated until 2 weeks before arrival are free of charge. The following cancellation fees are applied: until 1 week before arrival 50% of the total amount, until 3 days before arrival 70%, until 1 day before arrival 90%, no show 100%.
